Standard Features of Dutch Door Hay Lofted Horse Barns

  • Comes with two stalls. Size of stalls can be larger by purchasing a wider longer barn.

  • 29 gauge 40 year metal in 22 colors. See color chart in with pictures above.

  • 2" x 4" double wall studs 48" on center.

  • 2" x 10" header above metal doors.

  • 2 - 6' x 7' metal slider doors one on each side.

  • 4 - 30" x 36" windows with steel grill window guards, two in each stall.

  • 2 - 18" x 36" windows one in each end of the hay loft.

  • 2" x 6" roof rafters 48" on center.

  • 3/4" plywood in the floor of the hay loft.

  • Access the hay loft using the ladder in the middle of the barn between the stalls.

  • Treated 6" x 6" runners all around the barn bottom.

  • 1" x 8" kick boards 40" high on all interior walls.

  • Matched metal color screws.

  • Steel tow hooks on all 4 corners.
