Requirements Foundation Prep

Customer Responsibility:

Leveling and preparing the cabin foundation is the customer’s responsibility unless you choose our installation service.

Installation Service Area:

We offer foundation installation within 75 miles of Rockville, Indiana.

Foundation Options:

Ground placement
Stone pad
Cement slab
Concrete footers
Block foundation
Full basement
Height Limit:
All foundations must be no higher than 18″ above grade.

Support Requirements:

Block foundations and full basements must include cross supports every 8 feet

Foundation Plans:

We provide detailed foundation plans at the time of purchase.

Delivery Requirements

Clearance: Minimum 2 feet of space on each side of the cabin and 16 feet of overhead clearance along your driveway and property.
Basement/Block Delivery: If placing your cabin on a block foundation or basement, we require 100 feet of open space at one end of the foundation to safely back in and slide the cabin into place.

Please Note: Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits prior to delivery and installation.
