Heavy-Duty Construction: Each grill is made from 7/8″ outside diameter Schedule 40 steel tubing, crafted from 11-gauge steel with a wall thickness of .109″. That’s serious strength—far heavier than what most manufacturers offer.
Precision Welded: Bars are welded in place 4 inches on center, creating a consistent spacing of approximately 3.25 inches between bars. This ensures optimal airflow and visibility while maintaining safety for your horses.
Zero Rattle, Zero Give: Our steel tubing is spot welded at both ends, so the bars won’t twist, turn, or rattle. They stay solid under pressure—no flex, no noise, no compromise.

Our standard wood configuration rises 4 feet high on stall fronts and dividers.
