Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades

Have your carbide saw blades professionally sharpened and sent back to you. We sharpen 71/4" to 30" diameter carbide blades.

We sharpen all woodworking carbide tipped circular saw blades. Blades are precision sharpened to a 600 grit finish and in most cases are sharper after we sharpen them then they were brand new. We sharpen circular saw blades up to 30" in diameter. We do not repair or replace carbide teeth on circular saw blades. If you don't say we will go ahead and sharpen carbide circular saw blades with up to 3% of the teeth missing. We remove as little carbide as possible so that you get the maximum number of sharpening's out of any of your saw blades. After sharpening we check each blade for plate run out and tooth runout making sure both are no more then .005. You will always get back your own saw blades and not somebody else's.

Carbide Dado Blade Sets

Have your stacked dado sets professionally sharpened and sent back to you. We sharpen most all styles of dado blades. We need to receive both outer blades and all the chippers to the set you are sending, as they all need to be sharpened at the same time to properly sharpen them and keep them as a matched set.

Hand Plane Blades - We sharpen hand planes blades at 37 degree angles to 47 degree angles just let us know what angle you want your hand plane blades sharpened at. It will be up to you to finish with your stones and polish. - $5.00 each
Wood Chisels - We can sharpen your chisels correcting the primary angle on your chisel with a primary angle of your choice 20, 25, 30, 35, degrees. Your chisels will come back sharp with a straight / square edge. It will be up to you to finish with your stones and polish. Just let us know what angles you want your wood chisels sharpened at. - $4.00 each

Industrial Blades and Knives

Tree Chipper Blades - When tree chipper knives arrive they will be cleaned and thoroughly inspected for cracks, chips, and straightness. If any of your tree chipper knives have cracks or are bowed, you will be notified that we cannot sharpen the knife or knives. Most tree chipper knives have chips on the knife edge and we will sharpen the knife edge to an 80% cutting edge unless the customer requests a 100% cutting edge grind.

Guillotine Paper Shear Blades - Have your paper shear blades professionally sharpened and sent back to you. We professionally sharpen all paper shear blades up to 30" in length. When paper shear blades arrive they will be thoroughly inspected for cracks, chips, and straightness. If any of your paper shear blades have cracks or are bowed, you will be notified that we cannot sharpen the blade.

Paper Shear Blades - $1.50 per cutting inch with a $25.00 minimum per blade

Granulator and Rotor Blades - Have your rotor blades and granulator knives professionally sharpened and sent back to you. We professionally sharpen all granulator and rotor blades up to 30" in length. When these blades and knives arrive, they will be thoroughly inspected for cracks, chips, and straightness. If any of your granulator or rotor blades have cracks or are bowed, you will be notified that we cannot sharpen the blade.

Sheet Metal Shear Blades - Have your sheet metal shear blades professionally sharpened and sent back to you. We professionally sharpen all metal shear blades up to 30" in length. When sheet metal shear blades arrive, they will be thoroughly inspected for cracks, chips, and straightness. If any of your sheet metal shear blades have cracks or are bowed, you will be notified that we cannot sharpen the blade.

Sheet Metal Shear Blades - $1.25 per inch with a $15.00 minimum per blade

Silage Knives - Have your silage cutter knives professionally sharpened and sent back to you. We professionally sharpen all industrial silage cutter knives. When silage knives arrive they will be cleaned and thoroughly inspected for cracks, chips, and straightness. If any of your silage cutter knives have cracks or are bowed, you will be notified that we cannot sharpen the knife or knives. Most silage cutter knives have chips on the knife edge and we will sharpen the knife edge to an 80% cutting edge unless the customer requests a 100% cutting edge grind.
